Who we are
StitchTicket is developed by Evgenii Sinitsyn (Neonworks). Questions about this policy: [email protected].
Data the app stores
StitchTicket is an offline, on-device app. We do not operate analytics, advertising, tracking or any user-account server, and the app does not send your records to us.
On your iPhone the app stores what you enter: customer names and phone numbers, garment details and photos, alteration lists and prices, measurements, deposits and payments, due dates, status history, and the claim tags and receipts you generate.
There is no cloud sync. We do not collect this data and cannot see it.
Data you choose to share
When you print, export a PDF or CSV, or use the iOS share sheet or AirDrop, the file goes to the destination you choose. That destination's own terms and privacy policy apply.
If you contact support, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments, and use them only to answer you.
Permissions
Camera: to photograph garments at intake and to scan claim-tag QR codes at pickup.
Photo library: only when you choose to attach existing photos.
You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings. The app keeps working without them.
Purchases
StitchTicket Pro is sold as auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.
We do not receive your payment card details. The app checks your purchase status with Apple on the device.
Tracking and advertising
StitchTicket does not track you across apps or websites, does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Retention and deletion
Records stay on your iPhone until you edit or archive them, delete them, or delete the app, which removes all of its data. iOS device backups you create may contain app data under Apple's terms.
Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and for ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at [email protected].
Children
StitchTicket is a business tool and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
Website & support privacy
Website requests
This website is served from our Mac mini through Cloudflare. Cloudflare and our web server process technical request data such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and access time to deliver and protect the website. Server access and error logs may contain this information.
Language preference
If you choose a language, we save a first-party language cookie for up to one year across neonworks.app and its product subdomains. It is used only to remember your selection. There are no advertising trackers or analytics scripts added to this website.
Support messages
The support form sends your email address, topic and message through our server and Cloudflare to our support inbox hosted by Apple iCloud. We use your address to reply. Message contents are not stored in the website database. To prevent abuse and duplicate submissions, we retain keyed hashes of request data and IP/email addresses, timestamps and delivery status for up to seven days. If you email us directly, we also receive any attachments you include. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information. Messages are retained only as needed to handle the request and ordinary business records.
Your choices and contact
You can clear the language cookie in your browser and request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence by writing to [email protected]. We may retain information where required by law. The developer is Evgenii Sinitsyn.
